15 Die In Edo Auto Crashes
At least 15 persons were killed in road accidents that occurred in Edo State between December 18, 2015 and January 3 this year.
The deaths resulted from 26 road accidents within the yuletide celebrations.
According to The Nation, The state Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Familoni Oluwasusi, said these on Wednesday.
Familoni said the number of road crashes recorded during the period reduced when compared to previous years but the number of deaths increased.
He urged motorists to obey traffic rules and park properly on the highways.
He said some minor road crashes were also recorded within Benin City metropolis.
