Egypt hasn’t set date for issuing bonds on Asian mkt – finance ministry
Jan 14 (Reuters) – Egypt has not set a date for issuing bonds on the Asian market or decided in what currency they would be issued, the finance ministry said on Monday.
On Sunday, two government sources said Egypt planned to issue $2 billion worth of Japanese yen-denominated bonds in the coming week. (Reporting by Ehab Farouk, Writing by Lena Masri; Editing by Jacqueline Wong)
