The lists celebrate leaders who are increasing gender diversity in the workplace and support the promotion of women to senior business roles. Each person was scored on the seniority and influence of their role, their work done internally and externally to champion women, their recent and significant business achievements and the testimonial provided with their nomination.

The following State Street executives were recognized:

FT & HERoes 100 Female Executives

  • Cristina Ferreira, head of Regulatory Solutions and Innovation, Luxembourg
  • Hannah Grove, chief marketing officer, Boston
  • Rakhi Kumar, State Street Global Advisors’ head of ESG investments and asset stewardship, Boston

FT & HERoes 50 Male Executives

  • Joerg Ambrosius, co-head of Global Services, EMEA, Munich
  • Ron O’Hanley, president and chief operating officer, Boston

FT & HERoes 50 Female Future Leaders

  • Pauline Wong, head of Global Services, Hong Kong
