Nigeria’s Naira, yesterday, appreciated to ₦361.96 in the Investors and Exporters (I&E) window. Data from FMDQ showed that the indicative exchange rate for the window dropped marginally to ₦361.96 per dollar yesterday from ₦362.67 per dollar last week Friday, indicating 71 kobo appreciation of the naira.
The volume of dollars traded in the window yesterday however dropped by 63 percent to $138.53 million from $372.67 million traded last week Friday.
However, the naira yesterday was stable at ₦358.3 per dollar in the parallel market.
