IRVINE, Calif. and NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., June 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, fundraising, marketing and analytics solutions for college athletics, today announced that it has extended its long-term partnership with Rutgers University. Rutgers will continue to leverage the company’s industry-leading ticketing, Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation solutions, while working with Paciolan on a new, advanced analytics solution. The university will also implement Paciolan’s new integrated fundraising system, PAC Fund.

Rutgers will continue to utilize Paciolan’s ticketing system to efficiently sell and deliver tickets in real-time to all Scarlet Knights events. Fans are able to purchase and transfer mobile tickets, and enter venues using only their mobile device. Fans have access to all of their favorite functionality on mobile, including Pick-Your-Own Seat maps and enriched mobile tickets. The cutting-edge Paciolan Platform streamlines e-commerce, enhancing the intuitive ticket purchase process for Scarlet Knights supporters.

“Paciolan has been a wonderful partner for Rutgers Athletics for quite a while.  We are thrilled to announce the extension of this long term partnership and be at the forefront of working with them to develop the next analytics solution that will shape our industry,” said Rick Thorpe, Sr. Associate AD for External Affairs and Strategic Communications at Rutgers University. “As the modern-day fan evolves, it’s critical that we advance systems and strategies to maximize our ticketing efforts. Paciolan is embracing this evolution and their commitment to innovation will allow us to find and service the next wave of Rutgers supporters.”

Rutgers will continue their sophisticated use of Salesforce, including managing both Football and Men’s Basketball season ticket renewals at a very detailed level, including a higher level of servicing first-year buyers to purposefully increase their renewal rates.

The combination of Salesforce and marketing automation allows Rutgers the ability to efficiently maximize outreach, with click-throughs from email campaigns funneling back into Salesforce to effectively prioritize calls. Rutgers utilizes Marketing Automation to provide season ticket holders with Personalized URLs, automated receipts for donations, and post-game surveys, as well as customized outreach to welcome new season ticket buyers and cart abandonment campaigns.

Rutgers is a frontrunner in data analytics, working with Paciolan to implement an advanced analytics solution. With this cutting edge technology, Paciolan is able to simplify, enhance, and coalesce data. This brings formerly separate data, including ticketing, fundraising, Salesforce and marketing automation into a single web portal where it will blend together to help organizations make data-driven business decisions. The advanced analytics tool can even pull in third-party data sources for a truly comprehensive overview. With this data-driven solution, Paciolan is able to highlight specific KPIs and crunch years of data to make them available. Ongoing engagement with their Paciolan analytics partner ensures that Rutgers will have continuous support and access to best practices.

“Paciolan’s new advanced analytics solution will provide the foundation for our business intelligence platform,” said Ryan Gottlieb, Associate Athletic Director, Sales Strategy and Business Intelligence at Rutgers University. “This system will ensure that we market and sell our programs smarter by getting the right offer in front of the right consumer at an optimal time, through the most advantageous channel.”

Paciolan provides access to cutting-edge, integrated partners like StubHub, Facebook, ReplyBuy, Experience and Fevo, providing universities with even more specialized tools to reach fans and foster relationships. With Paciolan’s powerful integration with StubHub as an industry leading ticket solution, Rutgers season ticket holders will be able to securely buy and sell tickets on the world’s largest ticket marketplace.

“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with the innovative team at Rutgers University,” said Kim Damron, President and CEO at Paciolan. “Together we will continue to evolve fan engagement experiences for Rutgers’ fans and maximize data analysis and ticket sales.”

Rutgers University’s official website provider is SIDEARM Sports, another Learfield company, that delivers event discovery capabilities to help increase awareness of upcoming events and sell more tickets. The organization has partnered with IMG Learfield since 2016.
