Ivorian cocoa arrivals fall 2.2 pct to 1.713 mln T by June 3 -exporters

ABIDJAN (Reuters) – Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast reached 1.713 million tonnes between Oct. 1 and June 3, exporters estimated on Monday, down about 2.2 percent from 1.753 million tonnes in the same period last season.

About 19,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to Abidjan port and 21,000 tonnes to San Pedro between May 28 and June 3 for a total of 40,000 tonnes, up from 31,000 tonnes during the same week last season.
