LAGOS (Reuters) – Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on Wednesday it had suspended trading in the shares of Oando Plc after the regulator said it suspected insider dealing and discrepancies in the energy company’s shareholding structure.

The SEC ordered the Nigerian Stock Exchange to implement a 48-hour suspension on Oando stock dealing from Oct 18.
